Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are valid for the Spooktacular Playtime Party booked for the date and time specified only.
- Once a booking has been made, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tickets cannot be transferred between the days – so if you book for the 26th you cannot change to the 28th and vice-versa.
- Child ticket is for a buffet offering only.
- Everyone attending must have a valid ticket.
- Children/Infants must be accompanied by a minimum of one adult at all times.
- No group bookings or private parties.

PUMPKIN PICKING

Pick up a pumpkin at Grass Hoppers very own pumpkin patch!
Speak to our team at reception to purchase your ticket before heading to outdoor play area to pick your perfect pumpkin! Our pumpkins come in all different shapes and sizes – certain to light up your Halloween!
You’ll then be able to pick a Halloween-themed stencil to take home and carve your petrifying pumpkin.
And don’t forget, once you’ve carved your pumpkin, upload a spooky selfie for your chance to win two free play vouchers to Grass Hoppers!
Our pumpkins won’t be around for long so don’t miss out!
