No party is complete with out a cake so please feel free to bring your own along! Our party coordinator will be available to dim the lights, get the chorus started and make that moment magical for you and your party child!
BOOKING IS EASY!
All party bookings are taken online and it’s very simple to do – you can click here to go to the booking page. If needed, you can call in store to complete an online party booking at Grass Hoppers with a member of our team. Payment taken for your party secures the booking and is non-refundable.
If you need to make any subsequent amends to your booking, for example adding extra children, the remaining balance must be paid at Grass Hoppers and your final numbers given, with any dietary requirements not later than 7 days prior to the party date.
Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 24 children. Adults must supervise party guests at all times. Grass Hoppers remains open during your party but you have exclusive use of your party room.

PARTY ROOMS
When you book at party at Grass Hoppers, you will be allocated one of our three spacious party rooms. We’ve included a speaker so you can play music in the party room should you wish to do so.
You are invited to arrive 15 minutes before the party is due to start so that you can get settled, decorate the party den if you wish and bring in your cake. Your birthday banquet will also be served in the party room.
You will have exclusive use of your party room but Grass Hoppers play area remains open to guests. You are responsible for ensuring your party room is vacated promptly after your 2 hour session, along with all personal belongings.
YOUR PARTY COORDINATOR
On arrival, you will be introduced to your party coordinator who will be available to show you to your party room, ensure the guests have an unlimited supply of squash during your party and that your birthday banquet is served at the time you specified. They can also help with the birthday cake, should you choose to bring one. At any time if needed, just ask for your party coordinator who will be happy to help.
If you have booked the Hopper Package, your party coordinator will lead a party game and introduce Hopper or Sunny to your party child and guests, ready for photos!
Grass Hoppers in an unsupervised play area and you are responsible for the children in your care at all times.

Adults must supervise children in their care at all times. We can accept no responsibility for any injuries or loss howsoever caused.
